1. Our products can be sent to cities all over the world. The shipping fee is determined by the total weight of the order. Generally, Fedex or DHL provides door-to-door delivery.

2. Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct before payment.

3. After we receive your payment, we will produce your order immediately.

4. After the package is sent out, we will notify you of the waybill number.

5. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. But the actual delivery date may be affected by flight schedule, customs inspection, weather conditions and other external factors.

6. If the package is delayed by the carrier, please contact us first and we will intervene immediately.

7. Estimated time of arrival:

Orders are usually dispatched within 5-7 days of payment being received by us, for some custom orders it takes 7-10 days to process. Our products are all handmade, with strict quality inspection and careful packaging, you will receive your order within 10-15 days after payment.So if there is an urgent order, it is recommended to buy in advance.

8. Tariff

We will do our best to help you legally reduce tariffs to save you money. But we can't guarantee that there is no customs duty, if there is, you need to pay by yourself. We ask for your understanding.
