Q1: How long tails can you provide?

A: The length we can provide is 70cm to 100cm

Q2: How many colors can you provide?

A: We can provide up to 17 colors to meet different needs of customers

Q3: What is the weight we can provide?

A: We can provide the weight from 170g to 900g.

Q4: Can we accept customized tails?

Answer: Of course, we provide customized services for customers without extra charge. You can combine the length, weight and color of the tail, and you can also choose the top and bottom of the tail according to your needs.

Q5: How long can I receive the tail after placing the order?

A: After we receive the payment, we will prepare your order immediately, all the tails are handmade by workers, it will take about 5-7 days, then it will be sent by express, generally Fedex and DHL.

Q6: How is the horse hair obtained? Do you have proof where it came from? Wanted to make sure I wasn't buying from some slaughterhouse or cruel lot. Thanks!

A: All of our tails are 100% real horse hair collected from top horses in Mongolia. We never kill horses, like our human hair, when it grows, we just cut it for them. So don't worry!

Q7: Can Tails be sent to my city?

Answer: Please rest assured that our tails can be sent to all over the world, directly delivered to your door by express.

Q8: How do I pay?

A: We accept bank transfer and credit card payments.
If by bank transfer we will send you an invoice with our bank account details on the bottom of the invoice.
If by credit card, we'll email you a link, which you can then click and pay by credit card.

Q9: Why someone call the tails fake tails or tail extensions? What's the difference between a "tail extension" and a "false tail"?

Answer: "Tail extension" is the same as "false tail". We write like this only because of cultural differences in many countries. For example, Americans like to call it "ponytail extension", but Australians prefer to call it "false tail". So there is no difference.
