A: The length we can provide is 29 inches to 36 inches (73cm to 91cm )

Q2: What is the weight per bundle we can provide
A: Usually our packing is a bundle of 500g. Of course, we can also make a bundle of 250 grams or other weights according to customer requirements

Q3: Can you provide free samples before I place an order?
A: Of course, we can provide free samples for customers to test the quality, but buyers need to pay the freight.

Q4: Where does the horse hair come from? How is the quality?

A: Our bow hair is mainly from Mongolian horse hair, guaranteed 100% pure natural horse tail hair. Because it is a pure natural material, perfect horsetail hair is very rare, so we manually selected more than 6 times to ensure that the horsetail hair used to make bows is more perfect.

We carefully select the horse hair with the purest color and the best quality from the horse hair material, and use it as the bowstring of the violin bow. Each hair is classified by thickness and length. And has good strength and the most natural milky color.

Q5: How long can I receive the hair after placing the order?
A: After we receive the payment, your order will be prepared immediately, all the hairs are hand-picked by workers, it takes about 5-7 days, and then sent by express, generally Fedex and DHL.

Q6: How is the horse hair obtained? Wanted to make sure I wasn't buying from some slaughterhouse or cruel place. Thanks!
A: All of our horse hair are 100% real horse hair collected from top horses in Mongolia. We never kill horses, like our hair, we just cut it for them when it grows back. So don't worry!

Answer: Please rest assured that our hair can be sent to all over the world, and the express delivery will be delivered directly to your door.

Q8: How can I pay?

A: We accept bank transfer and credit card payment.
